Role Overview

The Manager, Cyber Security will lead the enterprise Cyber Security Program across Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments, driving cyber risk reduction, security maturity, and regulatory compliance. The position provides leadership for cyber security governance, risk management, compliance, security operations, and security awareness while ensuring alignment with business priorities and organizational objectives.

The successful candidate will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of the Cyber Security Program, drive execution of the cyber security roadmap, strengthen security capabilities, enhance program maturity, reduce organizational risk, and support incident response and recovery capabilities.

Requirements

Post-secondary education in Information technology, computing science or computer engineering, or related disciplineA minimum of 10 years progressive experience, with at least 3+ years in a people management or senior supervisory role with accountability for team performance and delivery

Preferred certifications include ITIL Foundation or higher, PMP, SIAM, or Lean IT Experience with Service Now and reporting tools

Knowledge of project delivery methodologies and frameworks

Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning, testing, and execution
