This role focuses on overseeing Aecon's Environmental, Health & Safety digital portfolio, ensuring digital platforms enhance performance and regulatory compliance. You will lead strategic initiatives in digital transformation, automation, and advanced analytics while collaborating with various teams to innovate solutions that improve processes and EHS strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead management of EHS digital solutions portfolio
• Develop multi-year digital solutions roadmap
• Oversee project implementation and adoption
• Advance EHS analytics and business intelligence
• Champion AI and automation innovations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in IT, Engineering, or related field
• 7–10+ years in digital solutions or tech programs
• Experience with system portfolios and projects
• Proven success in digital transformation
• Familiarity with EHS systems and risk management
