In this full-time on-site role, you will manage the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring project alignment and quality throughout. Your leadership will facilitate Agile practices within cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Strong communication skills are essential for maintaining transparency with stakeholders and guiding projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage software project execution to meet scope and deadlines.
• Supervise daily SDLC processes and sprint planning.
• Provide clear project plans and roadmaps for stakeholders.
• Identify, track, and resolve project risks.
• Encourage Agile practices and a culture of improvement.
Requirements:
• 3 to 5+ years in Technical Project Management.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and software delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse project teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SaaS platforms and IoT.
