Technical Lead Role

Position: Technical Lead Role with Mphasis
Join Mphasis as a Technical Lead in Canada, where you will oversee technology projects and operations. Your primary focus will be to manage teams and ensure deliverables are met on time.

In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience to understand client requirements and craft innovative solutions on cloud platforms. You’ll be instrumental in guiding your teams in AI/ML and Kubernetes environments to guarantee timely task completion while enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with client teams to capture detailed requirements

• Propose innovative and cost-effective technical solutions

• Enable and monitor teams working with GCP and other technologies

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule with no delays

• Champion AI/ML applications and coordinate Dev Ops processes

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of relevant work experience

• Minimum 5 years of technical team management experience

• Familiarity with cloud solutions and AI/ML technologies

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar

• Safe Agile certification highly regarded
