Engage directly with stakeholders, manage a talented team of architects, and oversee significant technology investments across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage architectural strategy and governance standards

• Plan and oversee technology investment roadmaps

• Enforce compliance and manage technical debt effectively

• Lead the architecture team in performance and development initiatives

• Collaborate with leadership to drive digital transformation outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT leadership experience

• 10+ years in progressive IT roles, focusing on cloud technologies

• 5+ years leading teams in Enterprise Architecture frameworks

• Preferred certifications in TOGAF and IT security

• Exceptional strategic and transformational leadership skills
