This in-office position focuses on leading IT operations and cybersecurity initiatives, including Microsoft 365 administration and technology projects. You will enhance the service desk, manage vendor relationships, and ensure adoption of AI tools within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise IT Operations and Service Desk delivery

• Enhance Microsoft 365 services and cybersecurity strategies

• Optimize IT service delivery and ticket management

• Promote responsible AI use and user education

• Conduct procurement and lifecycle management of IT assets

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience

• Leadership experience in IT operations and service delivery

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and modern cybersecurity practices

• Experience with AI tools and automation

• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels
