As a Senior Specialist, you will be integral in deploying and optimizing Workday functionalities related to Payroll, Time Tracking, Scheduling, and Absence. Your extensive experience in testing and reporting will ensure that projects are delivered successfully, while you independently navigate challenges within complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own End-to-End (E2E) testing and deployment processes
• Build and deliver customized Workday analytics solutions
• Support Canadian Payroll and workforce requirements
• Coordinate effectively with stakeholders
• Resolve testing and deployment issues promptly
Requirements:
• 10+ years of Workday expertise required
• Active certifications in Workday necessary
• Strong background in Time Tracking and Absence management
• Experience in unionized settings preferred
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
