IT Infrastructure Analyst Zoo

Join the Wilder Institute's Calgary Zoo as a permanent full-time Infrastructure Analyst, IT. Provide technical leadership, ensuring the security and performance of critical enterprise technology systems.

This role involves acting as a key escalation point for complex IT issues while supporting the design and implementation of modern infrastructures. Your strong troubleshooting abilities and collaborative mindset will enhance the reliability of IT services across the organization. Enthusiasm for technology is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead troubleshooting efforts across IT systems

• Manage and support Active Directory and Microsoft 365

• Oversee virtualization and storage solutions

• Configure networking equipment for seamless operations

• Provide excellent service to all organizational staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure

• Strong background in Microsoft Windows Server

• Familiarity with SQL Server and database management

• Relevant certifications such as MCSA or Fortinet NSE preferred

• Skills in mentoring and cross-team collaboration
