As a Technical Support Specialist at Bulletproof Info Tech, your role will focus on delivering exceptional IT support to clients in Calgary and Red Deer. The position requires hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows and Exchange/365. You will collaborate with a team to resolve IT issues, recommend solutions, and assist in delivering innovative IT projects that improve overall client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support configuration and deployment of IT equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported technical problems
• Advise clients on effective technology solutions
• Participate in the design and delivery of IT projects
• Maintain clear documentation of support activity
Requirements:
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows servers and desktops
• Experience in mobile device management
• Knowledge of cloud services and advanced firewalls
• Excellent communication skills to engage with clients
• Relevant IT certifications are beneficial
