Lead Cloud Security Architect - DevSecOps

Pursue a leadership role in cloud security at Peoples Group as a Senior Cloud Security Architect. Utilize your extensive experience (8–10+ years) in a hybrid working environment to shape the future of Dev Sec Ops .
This individual contributor position focuses on overseeing the technical direction for cloud security within a regulated financial environment. You'll collaborate with leadership to mentor and enhance the Dev Sec Ops  practices, ensuring compliance and security are top priority throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a robust Dev Sec Ops  strategy and architecture

• Drive AWS to Azure migration and validate security controls

• Lead threat modeling efforts and manage compliance audits

• Enhance security automation and practices across teams

• Provide mentorship and training to intermediate engineers
Requirements:

• 8-10+ years' experience in Dev Sec Ops  or cloud security

• In-depth knowledge of Terraform, AWS, and Azure

• Strong background in compliance frameworks (SOC 2, PCI-DSS)

• Excellent leadership and strategy skills

• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CCSP) desirable
