Experienced Infrastructure Analyst Required

Helical Pile Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Analyst for our Calgary location. Help us maintain effective Network, Server, and Microsoft 365 operations in a dynamic environment.

This position reports to the Team Lead, IT Infrastructure, where your role will be critical in the setup, installation, and monitoring of IT infrastructure. You will manage both hardware and software solutions, ensuring system reliability and performance, while collaborating effectively with other teams. Your proactive problem-solving skills will help maintain our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain on-premises and cloud server hardware

• Provide secure network solutions and manage device installations

• Support Microsoft 365 applications and data management

• Conduct regular infrastructure health reviews

• Document all processes and systems accurately

Requirements:

• 5+ years of IT experience focusing on infrastructure

• Knowledge of networking protocols and security

• Proficient in server management and cloud computing

• Experience in scripting with Power Shell

• Relevant certifications are a plus
