H&R Block User Experience Designer Role

Start your journey as a User Experience Designer with H&R Block! This role focuses on designing products that serve internal and external clients, enhancing user satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

In this position, you will be closely supported by the Senior Manager in UX Design. You will collaborate with a diverse team, creating wireflows and UI components while participating in usability testing. Your insights derived from user analytics will be crucial for effective design strategies and improving customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop wireflows and annotated designs for deployment

• Take part in design reviews and usability testing

• Regularly maintain and contribute to the design system

• Work with product managers to resolve user challenges

• Present design rationales and gather feedback

Requirements:

• 2-4 years in user interface or related design work

• Post-secondary education in User Experience or HCI

• Strong portfolio illustrating your design methodology

• Understanding of agile practices and user-centered design

• Strong communicator eager to learn
