• Develop and own the Master Test Strategy, Test Plan, schedules, quality gates and defect management processes.

• Lead and coordinate SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, Security and Go-Live Validation.

• Manage day-to-day testing activities, resources, progress, risks and quality metrics.

• Lead testing of keyIAM/IGA capabilities, including:

  • Joiner, Mover, Leaver lifecycle processes.

  • Provisioning and deprovisioning.

  • Birthright access and RBAC.

  • Access requests and approval workflows.

  • Access certifications/recertifications.

  • Segregation of Duties (SoD).

  • Privileged Access Management integrations.

  • Contractor/third-party identity processes.

• Coordinate end-to-end integration testing across
  
  SailPoint ISC/Identity Now, Microsoft Entra , Active Directory, Workday, Service Now, Microsoft Sentinel and other enterprise applications.

• Facilitate defect triage and prioritize defect resolution.

• Maintain testing dashboards, metrics, defects and reporting within
  
  Azure Dev Ops.

• Ensure requirements, test cases, defects and evidence are fully traceable andaudit-ready.

• Coordinate UAT participation and communicate testing status, risks and go-live readiness to project leadership and stakeholders.

• 8+ years of QA/testing experience, including3+ years leading enterprise testing initiatives.

• Experience deliveringIAM, Identity Governance (IGA) and/or Cybersecurity programs.

• Experience managing SIT, UAT and production/go-live readiness.

• Strong Azure Dev Opstest and defect management experience.

• Experience testing complex integrations across enterprise platforms.

• Experience working in regulated, compliance-driven or audit-focused environments.

• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, technical and cybersecurity teams.
