Calgary Zoo Infrastructure Analyst Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage Windows Server and Active Directory

• Lead troubleshooting across servers, networks, and cloud services

• Support virtual environments and enterprise storage systems

• Configure and monitor network performance actively

• Ensure exceptional technical assistance to all users

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of progressive IT infrastructure experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and virtualization

• Experience in managing hybrid Microsoft 365 environments

• Relevant IT certifications such as ITIL or MCSA are valuable

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
