This role emphasizes troubleshooting, user support, and continuous improvement in application performance. Working directly with cross-functional teams, you will focus on enhancing software efficiency and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a key support resource for engineering apps like CMG
• Troubleshoot and address application issues collaboratively
• Coordinate application upgrades and maintain stable environments
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement for enhancements and improvements
• Develop and uphold comprehensive application documentation
Requirements:
• 7+ years supporting business or engineering applications
• Evidence of hands-on experience with relevant systems
• Proficiency in application lifecycle management and user support
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
• Knowledge of working in virtualized application environments
