IAM Cybersecurity Specialist Needed

NES Fircroft is looking for an IAM Specialist for a 1-year contract to provide expert knowledge in identity and access management. This role involves collaborating with project teams to align solutions with IAM regulations and cybersecurity standards. Your responsibilities will include maintaining access controls, identifying risks, and implementing effective governance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide IAM standards across enterprise-scale projects

• Review and optimize project solution designs

• Configure IAM settings in Microsoft platforms

• Develop and implement Conditional Access policies

• Create Power Shell scripts for access management

Requirements:

• At least 7 years in IT, with a minimum of 5 years in IAM

• Thorough understanding of IAM, RBAC, and compliance frameworks

• Proven experience with cybersecurity and IAM audits

• Relevant bachelor's degree required

• Strong critical thinking and stakeholder engagement skills
