Test Lead for IAM Governance

Take the lead in testing initiatives at TEEMA by developing a Master Test Strategy and overseeing crucial testing phases in Calgary, Alberta. Enhance system integrity through proactive coordination and management of testing activities.

As a Test Lead with over 8 years of QA/testing experience, you will spearhead enterprise-level testing initiatives, focusing on IAM and IGA programs.

Your role includes leading SIT, UAT, and ensuring production readiness while managing resources and progress. By maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, you will prioritize defects and ensure compliance across testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the Master Test Strategy and plans

• Coordinate SIT, UAT, Regression, and Go-Live Validation

• Manage testing activities, resources, and quality metrics

• Facilitate defect triage and resolution prioritization

• Maintain Azure Dev Ops testing dashboards and reporting

Requirements:

• 8+ years of QA/testing experience

• 3+ years leading enterprise testing initiatives

• Strong Azure Dev Ops test management experience

• Experience with IAM and Cybersecurity programs

• Proven stakeholder management skills
