In this role, you will ensure the successful operation of our network and server architecture, focusing on Microsoft 365 infrastructure too. Responsibilities include managing hardware installations, monitoring system performance, and collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency. Your technical acumen will directly contribute to supporting an expansive network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective setup and maintenance of network and server systems

• Monitor and improve infrastructure performance proactively

• Administer Microsoft 365 services and tenant configurations

• Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution

• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years relevant IT experience

• Proficient with Microsoft Windows Server and VMware

• Experience with Active Directory and cloud services

• Knowledge of networking protocols and firewalls

• After-hours on-call availability as needed
