Position: RPA Developer Role within UCalgary IT Team
Join the University of Calgary's Information Technologies team as a Full-time Temporary RPA Developer. This role emphasizes collaboration on Robotic Process Automation solutions within a sophisticated IT landscape.

This position includes working closely with business users and the RPA Center of Excellence. You will analyze automation opportunities, develop and test solutions, and troubleshoot incidents. A post-secondary education in a relevant field and 3-5 years of RPA experience are required. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in process discovery and feasibility analyses

• Create and maintain design documentation for automations

• Implement, test, and enhance automations based on best practices

• Provide timely support for RPA incidents using Service Now

• Guide junior developers and collaborate across IT teams

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in RPA development

• Proficient in RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism)

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Familiarity with Agile or iterative development practices
