In this operational role, you will oversee the building and maintenance of Optiom's CMDB, consolidate vendor agreements, and perform business impact assessments. Your hands-on experience will be crucial in documentation for Disaster Recovery and Incident Response plans. Working under tight deadlines, you will also ensure security policies are current and complete.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

• Consolidate vendor agreements and identify gaps or overlaps

• Conduct business impact assessments for critical applications

• Draft and maintain business continuity plans and disaster recovery documentation

• Liaise with vendors and manage relationships effectively

Requirements:

• 3-6 years in IT security and governance roles

• Experience with CMDB development or maintenance

• Proficient in authoring incident response documentation

• Knowledge of risk management frameworks like NIST CSF

• Strong attention to detail with documentation discipline
