Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited is seeking an ITIL Change Management Specialist to govern and optimize the end-to-end Change Management process. You will work with IT and business stakeholders to plan changes, assess risks, obtain approvals, and oversee scheduling and implementation in alignment with ITIL best practices.
You’ll support CAB meetings, document risk mitigations, and ensure testing and backout plans are in place.
