Position: Senior Program Manager at WestJet

In this full-time position, you'll report directly to the Director of IT Portfolio & Planning. You will oversee significant technology programs, ensuring effective governance and success through collaboration. Your skills in delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic alignment will be crucial as you navigate through complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish program governance for technology transformation

• Create delivery plans for multiple initiatives

• Lead programs from inception to completion

• Manage program dependencies and communications

• Administer fiscal governance and commercial strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in technology initiatives

• Post-secondary education in IT or Engineering

• Certification in Project/Program frameworks preferred

• Experience with Agile methodologies is an asset

• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
