In this permanent role, you will lead IT initiatives, focusing on troubleshooting and infrastructure management. Your expertise in Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms will contribute to the stability of services offered to staff. This position is pivotal in training and improving the skills of the IT team while maintaining peak operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot server and networking issues effectively

• Mentor junior technical staff and promote knowledge sharing

• Administer Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments

• Monitor network performance and handle breaches

• Assist with audits and enhance IT processes

Requirements:

• College diploma or bachelor's in computer science

• At least 5 years of relevant infrastructure experience

• SQL Server management knowledge required

• Familiarity with cloud technologies and virtualization

• ITIL certification or similar is a plus
