upport a major SAP S/4

HANA transformation program

This role will translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and solution designs across SAP S/4

HANA and integrated enterprise solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, system integrators, and vendors to support requirements definition, solution alignment, testing, and operational readiness.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for SAP S/4
  
  HANA capabilities, integrations, reporting, data, security, and controls.

• Facilitate workshops to define current/future processes, capture decisions, and identify dependencies.

• Maintain traceability between requirements, solution designs, testing scenarios, and supporting documentation.

• Support backlog refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, and change impact assessments.

• Review solution designs with functional and technical teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.

• Support SIT/UAT activities, including test scenario development, defect triage, and resolution tracking.

• Prepare governance documentation including requirements status, risks, issues, decisions, and readiness reporting.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst supporting enterprise programs.

• Experience supporting ERP transformation initiatives, preferably SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementations.

• Strong experience with requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation.

• Working knowledge of SAP S/4
  
  HANA capabilities, integrations, reporting, and enterprise processes.

• Experience collaborating across business, functional, technical, data, security, and vendor teams.

• Ability to create high-quality documentation including requirements specifications, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and decision logs.

• Experience supporting testing activities, including SIT/UAT, defect management, and requirements traceability.

• Familiarity with tools such as SAP Cloud ALM, Azure Dev Ops, or similar platforms.

• Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4
  
  HANA transformation programs.

• Experience with in the energy, utilities, or other regulated industries.

• Knowledge of SAP controls, governance, security roles, and audit requirements.

• Agile, Scrum, PMP, or ISTQB certification considered an asset.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and documentation quality.

• Experience working in structured enterprise delivery environments.

• Contract Duration:
  September 2026 – September 30 2027 (extension of contract/conversion to permanent full time status could be considered, but unknown at this time)
