IT Infrastructure Technician at WestJet

This role as an Intermediate Analyst requires robust project management, technical troubleshooting, and operational support across remote locations. Coordinating with multiple IT teams, you will implement new technology solutions and ensure their successful transition into everyday operations at West Jet's facilities. Regular travel to airports and hangars is an essential part of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot end-user technical issues and provide support

• Oversee network infrastructure, including SD-WAN and firewalls

• Setup and maintain Sabre systems and airline technology

• Ensure documentation for knowledge management is accurate

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for technical support

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in IT infrastructure maintenance

• College diploma or Bachelor's in relevant field

• Strong troubleshooting experience with site-based technologies

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills

• Must be eligible for travel and hold a valid passport
