Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct system and backup health checks for diverse client sites
• Monitor alerts and coordinate with technicians for urgent issues
• Assist in deploying and repairing various IT hardware
• Evaluate Managed Security environments using tools
• Compile and deliver insightful reports for stakeholders
Requirements:
• Understanding of server and networking fundamentals
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications desirable
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and communication skills
• Educational background in Computer Science or IT
