Expert Business Intelligence Analyst Position

Join Ledcor as a Business Intelligence Analyst in Calgary, AB, where you'll translate complex data into strategic insights through Power BI and other analytics tools.

This key role reports to the Manager of Business Analytics, focusing on developing impactful analytics solutions and maintaining enterprise data assets. The Business Intelligence Analyst collaborates closely with Agile Delivery teams, playing a significant part in refining requirements and supporting operational decision-making through effective data visualization and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance Power BI reports and models

• Work with users to refine and implement data requirements

• Collaborate with business units and operational teams

• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot analytics solutions

• Keep stakeholders informed about project developments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

• 3-5 years of experience in data visualization or analytics

• Strong skills in Power BI, DAX, and complex datasets

• Understanding of cloud-based analytics platforms

• Experience in Agile environments with Jira or Azure Dev Ops
