SAP Project Systems Manager

Lead SAP project initiatives with a dynamic team in Calgary, Alberta. The Finance & Project Systems Manager will oversee SAP Finance, Controlling, and Project Systems while ensuring operational excellence in a hybrid work environment.

Reporting to the IT Business Enablement Director, this permanent role encompasses leading SAP specialists, managing configurations, and fostering collaboration between business and IT stakeholders. You will drive project delivery, resource management, and incident prioritization across SAP modules. Your strong financial acumen and communication skills will help you connect with key stakeholders and ensure seamless project completions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP Finance, Controlling, and Project Systems specialists

• Oversee daily operations and troubleshooting for SAP FICO and PS

• Optimize SAP functionality for improved business support

• Facilitate collaboration among team members and users across regions

• Manage testing of new IT solutions with business teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

• 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO configuration

• 5+ years of SAP experience in Project Systems

• Strong integration knowledge of SAP modules like MM, SD, and PM

• Exceptional communication and analytical skills
