In this role, you will report to the Engineering Manager for Aerospace and Defense. Your high-level project management skills will be essential in guiding the planning and execution of various technological products. You’ll collaborate with business and technical professionals to shape project management processes, ensuring project success while managing risks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead product and software development projects with focus on scope and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams for project success
• Monitor, control, and communicate project issues and risks
• Oversee project change approvals and status updates
• Foster a collaborative team environment and manage conflicts
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in product development and project management
• Experience in digital hardware or software development
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Confluence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
