Hybrid in Edmonton or Calgary

• 7+ years’ experience working as a Senior Automation QA Analyst
• Experience developing test cases/scenarios and coordinating system testing or user acceptance testing.
• Senior level experience with regression testing
• Experience working with Worksoft
• Experience on agile development teams is beneficial.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Visio and experience with ALM, UFT, CFactory and Jira.
• Hands-on project experience with at least one Test Automation and Test Management toolset on at least one enterprise level application development project would be considered an asset.
• Decision-making ability and demonstrated leadership are essential.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to recognize symptoms, diagnose causes and identify alternative solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and meet the challenges of a fast-paced changing environment.
• A related technical degree or diploma is required.

• Experience as a QA Lead on projects is desired.
• Experience in an Oracle environment using TOAD would be considered an asset.
• Working knowledge of/experience with Project Management body of knowledge and software development methodologies would be beneficial.
