Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical contact for HAM and SAM deliveries

• Lead solution architecture from discovery through optimization

• Prepare workshops and facilitate requirement gathering

• Create and document technical and functional requirements

• Ensure high-quality outcomes in asset management engagements

Requirements:

• 8–12 years of experience in enterprise architecture or consulting

• At least 4 years with the Service Now platform

• Strong background in HAM and SAM implementation

• Familiarity with software licensing and compliance

• Skills in designing integration solutions across platforms
