This position within the SAP Operations / IT Business Systems team is pivotal for functional leadership over SAP PM and related modules. With a strong background in SAP and over 10 years of experience, you will guide the SAP Functional Analyst team, enhancing both technical capabilities and team performance. Collaboration with operational stakeholders is crucial for successful initiative alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical expert in SAP PM and modules

• Direct functional support, ensuring integrations are optimal

• Mentor team members and manage project workflows

• Configure SAP solutions by defining user requirements

• Strengthen relationships with business partners and manage support

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent coursework

• 10+ years as an SAP Functional Analyst in relevant modules

• 3+ years managing small to mid-sized teams

• In-depth understanding of SAP processes and data management

• Detail-oriented, adaptable, with strong communication skills
