FYihealth group is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to be the first point of contact for IT challenges across FYidoctors, Visique, Bon Look, solis, and Home Office locations in Calgary or Vancouver.
You will handle requests by phone, email, or forms, triage incidents, and provide basic IT guidance to promote first-call resolution. Knowledge of Windows 11, AD, RDP, Office 365, and Chrome is preferred.
