Trans Mountain is looking for a motivated student to support application modernization, reporting, and information management under the IT Administration department. You will handle critical business operations alongside the Director of Solutions Delivery & Support. This role requires strong analytical skills and a passion for enterprise systems and data analytics, ensuring hands-on experience in a corporate environment while enhancing your technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in Application Modernization projects

• Provide hands-on application support for enterprise systems

• Assist with reporting using Power BI and M365

• Log, triage, and document service tickets

• Maintain support documentation and knowledge-bases

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a related post-secondary program

• Participation in co-op program is mandatory

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Power BI is an asset

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication and organizational abilities
