As a vital member of Insight’s Adoption & Change Management team, you will provide technical training on SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams. Collaborate with Modern Workplace specialists to deliver both virtual and in-person sessions, tailored to various audiences such as end users, and site owners.

Your role ensures that training is accurate, practical, and aligned with client migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging training for diverse audiences

• Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions for client educators

• Adapt training content to meet audience needs

• Validate training environments and technical setups

• Collaborate with change management and communications teams

Requirements:

• Experience in client-facing technical training

• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
