This senior role acts as a critical strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. You will be responsible for designing, validating, and enabling SAP S/4

HANA-based supply chain processes that align business goals with SAP standard capabilities. Adhering strictly to clean-core principles, you will ensure end-to-end supply chain processes are fit-for-purpose, upgrade-safe, and highly scalable. A core focus of this position is optimizing the integration and interaction between the S/4

HANA Core and key integrated cloud platforms, including Ariba and Fieldglass.

Advantages
Enterprise Transformation Scope:
Lead the functional architecture modernization for end-to-end supply chain ecosystems within a massive corporate landscape.

Advanced Ecosystem Exposure:
Deepen your technical expertise across the SAP ecosystem, including S/4

HANA Core, Ariba, Fieldglass, Open Invoice, and VIM.

High Decision-Making Visibility:
Own critical decisions regarding standard process adoption, custom gap extensions, and go-live readiness criteria.

Robust Cross-Functional Networking:
Collaborate closely with System Integrators, Cybersecurity, and specialized IS Technical Delivery and Governance teams.

Responsibilities
1. Functional Design & SAP Enablement

Guide the end-to-end design and validation of SAP S/4

HANA Supply Chain processes to maintain alignment with business objectives.
Provide strong functional oversight and governance for assigned Supply Chain domains across the SAP landscape.
Translate complex business requirements into clear, fit-to-standard SAP functional designs.
Identify legacy process inefficiencies and recommend SAP-enabled improvements that drive simplification, standardization, and automation.

2. Fit-to-Standard & Clean Core Execution

Facilitate and lead targeted fit-to-standard workshops, confirming standard feature adoption and documenting justified deviations.
Evaluate functional gaps and recommend appropriate resolutions—such as configuration, standard extensions, or governed customizations—in alignment with Clean Core principles.
Ensure all Supply Chain technical designs remain upgrade-safe, scalable, and supportable for long-term operations.

3. Cross-Functional & Integration Collaboration

Collaborate tightly with project functional and technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process alignment.
Validate and confirm complex integration requirements between the S/4

HANA core and external platforms (e.g., Ariba, Fieldglass, Open Invoice, VIM, logistics, and analytics software).
Partner directly with the system integrator to review and approve functional designs while ensuring high-quality solution delivery.

4. Governance, Scope & Risk Management

Support functional decision-making within the SAP Plus governance framework, properly escalating items based on scope, risk, or cross-functional impact. Manage clear requirement boundaries and scope clarity to reduce delivery risks, functional impacts, and late design changes.

5. Testing, Data & Deployment Readiness

Define, structure, and support functional test scenarios to guarantee thorough coverage of real-world Supply Chain operations.

Validate Supply Chain master and transactional data readiness, partnering with data owners to eliminate quality anomalies.
Establish clear, minimum readiness standards for Supply Chain go-live, focusing on data integrity, testing completion, cutover preparedness, and operational support models.

6. Business Adoption & Sustainment

Contribute actively to training and change enablement frameworks to support business adoption of new Supply Chain tools.
Act as a trusted advisor during operational transitions, ensuring a stable day-one go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
