We seek a Senior Functional Analyst with 10+ years of experience in business analysis and product teams. This position requires strong technical skills in data analysis, APIs, and proficiency with tools such as SQL, and expertise in JavaScript and Python.
Your role will involve liaising between business and technical teams to ensure successful product implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead workshops for stakeholder requirements gathering
• Develop epics and user stories to guide product delivery
• Create detailed process diagrams for system design
• Support SIT/UAT testing and issue analysis
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for traceability
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in relevant fields
• Extensive experience in business analysis roles
• Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Azure Dev Ops
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions
