As a pivotal Senior Business Analyst, you will enhance the Service Now platform by engaging with stakeholders to align business needs with functional solutions. Your expertise will ensure timely project delivery while fostering collaboration throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Your role will utilize strong communication and analytical skills to facilitate user training and operational sprints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders

• Coordinate requirements analysis meetings and workshops

• Liaise with teams during the SDLC to ensure alignment

• Develop user acceptance testing and training materials

• Document workflows, processes, and reports clearly

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in IT or related field

• 2 years of Service Now platform experience

• 3 years as a Business Analyst

• Strong knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, and CSM modules

• Proven experience in business process improvement
