The Bilingual v10 Apex Onboarding & Adoption Specialist is essential for ensuring successful client transitions to PBS v10 Apex software. You will provide training in both English and French, focusing on Fixed Operations and driving software adoption. This role supports dealerships throughout implementation, reinforcing best practices and ensuring user confidence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
