• Assist in implementing cybersecurity measures and practices
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in IT or systems support
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Entra , and Intune
• Strong troubleshooting skills with user and network issues
• Customer-focused with effective communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and improve tech processes
