Join the team as an IT Infrastructure Analyst, delivering technical assistance for Windows desktop systems, Microsoft 365, and networking standards. This hands-on role promises opportunities for growth in cloud and cybersecurity.
The position focuses on resolving hardware and software issues while administering Microsoft 365 accounts and device configurations. You will be instrumental in maintaining connectivity, supporting network configurations, and assisting senior team members with firewall and security tasks. Your ability to provide clear guidance and foster user satisfaction will enhance our service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts and tasks
• Assist with Cisco switch configurations and VPN troubleshooting
• Support patching and vulnerability remediation efforts
• Create and maintain technical documentation and records
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in information technology or equivalent
• 2-4 years of IT support experience
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows OS
• Familiarity with networking principles
• Professional communication and customer-service skills
