Work Location : preferably Calgary, AB
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary SME for Citrix Net Scaler across production, non-production, and DR environments.
- Design, deploy, and manage L4–L7 load balancing, SSL offloading, traffic management, and application optimization.
- Troubleshoot complex performance, availability, and connectivity issues.
- Implement and manage SSL, content switching, HA/DR, and security integrations.
- Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to onboard and optimize applications.
- Support upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
- Provide L3+ support, RCA, documentation, and technical mentorship.
Skills and Experience:
- 15+ years of hands‑on experience with Citrix Net Scaler / Citrix ADC in large enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of load balancing, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience in 24x7 production environments with strong stakeholder communication skills.
