We are actively seeking a Senior Technical Analyst with a strong background in systems administration. You will be responsible for managing Windows and VMware servers, monitoring security systems, and supporting enterprise backup solutions. Your contributions will be vital to keeping our IT systems efficient and secure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee installation and configuration of servers
• Monitor IT system events and respond to alerts
• Support the Microsoft 365 environment effectively
• Maintain documentation for system administration
• Implement vulnerability management programs
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science
• Minimum of 7 years in an IT role
• ITIL Foundation certification beneficial
• Proficiency with NAS and SAN technologies
• Experience with scripting and server hardware
