Key Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle execution of the eCRM project
Manage project schedules, financial health, and resources
Draft executive-level progress reports and presentations
Co-design governance framework for Salesforce initiatives
Align stakeholders on delivery practices and risk management
Requirements
10+ years in IT project/program management
Expertise in enterprise Salesforce implementations
Background in Banking or Financial Services
Proven track record in governance framework design
Strong leadership and executive presence
