As the lead for solution design and customer engagement, you will navigate the full lifecycle of transportation capabilities from discovery to deployment.
Your role will involve architecting solutions that align client needs with best practices, while working closely with technical teams to ensure successful integration. Presenting to executives and stakeholders will be key in promoting the benefits of Blue Yonder technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of the customer transport journey
• Design and develop Blue Yonder transportation integrations
• Lead change management efforts for enhanced client adoption
• Identify and address gaps in client specifications
• Provide quality assurance and support during testing phases
Requirements:
• 5+ years in enterprise level design with Blue Yonder
• Strong understanding of transportation functions
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications
• Background in business requirement gathering
• Familiarity with WEB/REST integration technologies
