Drive user experience innovation as a Senior User Experience Designer on an ambitious ERP transformation project. Develop user-centered designs for both office employees and field technicians.
This role involves leading the switch to SAP S/4
HANA and employing the SAP Business Technology Platform. You will enhance usability across applications while focusing on user-centric methodologies and design standards to foster adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate user research through workshops and field observations
• Design comprehensive user experiences for SAP technologies
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed high-fidelity designs
• Implement usability testing and refine designs accordingly
• Generate UX documentation for development handoff
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in User Experience or related discipline
• 5+ years of UX design in enterprise software
• Experience with ERP or digital transformation initiatives
• Deep knowledge of usability testing and accessibility
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, or comparable tools
