Reporting to the Director of Business Systems, this role focuses on managing financial software functionalities, improving business processes, and supporting end-users in the application. You’ll analyze and resolve issues while fostering communication between the finance and IT teams to ensure operational success. Your contributions will shape training and best practices for D365 functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on and configure ERP capabilities for users
• Engage in new ERP version deployments and user training
• Troubleshoot D365-related financial issues affecting users
• Recommend standardized operating procedures
• Develop documentation and conduct user training sessions
Requirements:
• 3 - 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics in a business capacity
• 3 - 5 years’ accounting experience
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Familiarity with stakeholder analysis and requirement gathering
• Proficiency in multitasking within a dynamic working environment
