As part of Charter’s IT team, you will bring your 3+ years of support experience to troubleshoot complex technical issues, maintain user accounts, and optimize performance across various systems. This role is essential for keeping various devices operational and secure while enhancing client communication through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for IT issues
• Diagnose hardware and software problems efficiently
• Manage Microsoft 365 services and user licenses
• Assist with network infrastructure troubleshooting
• Coordinate Hyper-V environment management and backups
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or IT
• 3+ years of experience in IT support
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and networking
• Solid knowledge of firewalls and network protocols
• Ability to communicate effectively while multitasking
