Elevate your career as a Bilingual Accounting Trainer with PBS Systems in Calgary. This full-time role involves virtual and onsite training in both English and French for automotive accounting.
As a DTO Bilingual Trainer for Accounting, you will provide expert training to customers using our Dealer Management Software. You will facilitate smooth software implementations and foster exceptional customer service and collaboration. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential for this position, along with bilingual abilities to engage effectively with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging virtual training sessions in French and English
• Conduct onsite training during new software installations
• Manage and prioritize all assigned training sessions independently
• Address and resolve DTO Cornerstone tickets promptly
• Maintain updated knowledge on evolving departmental processes
Requirements:
• Fluent in French and English, spoken and written
• 1-2 years of accounting experience in a dealership
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to travel up to 2 weeks per month
