We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4

HANA Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) & Customer Vendor Integration (CVI) Manager to lead procurement transformation and master data conversion initiatives across large-scale SAP S/4

HANA programs. This role combines deep functional expertise with leadership of complex transformation and delivery programs.

• Lead SAP S2P/P2P and CVI work streams across SAP S/4
  
  HANA transformation programs.
• Facilitate executive and business stakeholder workshops aligned to SAP best practices.
• Design procurement processes including sourcing, purchasing, contracts, supplier management, goods receipt, invoice verification, and approvals.
• Lead Business Partner (BP) architecture, CVI strategy, vendor and customer conversion activities.
• Oversee data quality assessments, master data remediation, migration, reconciliation, and conversion readiness.
• Drive Fit-to-Standard adoption and clean-core principles.
• Ensure integration between Procurement, Inventory Management, Finance, Ariba, and external supplier systems.
• Lead testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and deployment readiness activities.
• Manage project scope, budget, risks, stakeholders, and multi-vendor delivery teams.

• 10+ years of SAP Procurement and Supply Chain experience.
• Extensive SAP S/4
  
  HANA transformation and implementation experience.
• Deep expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), SAP MM Procurement, Business Partner (BP), Customer Vendor Integration (CVI), and Supplier Master Data Management.
• Strong experience with ECC-to-S/4
  
  HANA conversion programs.
• Expertise in procurement workflows, invoice verification, and approval processes.
• Experience leading Fit-to-Standard workshops, transformation programs, and distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and leadership capabilities.
• SAP S/4
  
  HANA Procurement Certification, SAP Signavio, Cloud ALM, and RISE with SAP experience are considered assets.

The expected base salary range for this position is $103,000 to $135,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
